AGENDA

1. To receive apologies for unavoidable absence.
2. To approve the minutes of the meeting held on Wednesday 9th September 2026.
3. To receive any declarations of interest for items on the agenda.
4. Community Projects Committee
4.1 to receive the draft minutes of the meeting held on 17.9.26
4.2 to consider recommendations for approval,
• CPC/2026/51 that if a minimum of 10 volunteers for the Fun Day is not confirmed by the
November Full Council meeting, the Fun Day will cease.

5. Parish Estates Committee: to receive the draft minutes of the meeting held on 24.9.26

6. Finance Committee
6.1 to receive the draft minutes of the meeting held on 6.10.26
6.2 to consider recommendations and decide whether to approve
6.3 to consider quotes for Christmas tree installation.

7. To consider planning applications received by the Council and decide if any objections are
to be raised.
8. To consider correspondence received by the Council and decide if any action is required.
9. To exclude public and press for consideration of the following items because of the
confidential nature of the business (lease negotiations) to be discussed.
10. Sankey Station project: to meet with members of Sankey Station CIC, discuss any
concerns and agree next steps.
